1、为公司人力资源管理方面的法律问题提供咨询意见；

2、为公司审查与人力资源管理有关的合同、协议及其他法律文书；
Reviewing contracts, agreement and other legal documents concerning human resources management
3、 为公司审查与人力资源相关的重要规章制度；
Reviewing major regulation and system concerning human resources management
4、为公司的人力资源管理提供法律依据，对其决策的可行性、风险性等问题出具法律意见书；
Providing legal basis, and issuing legal opinions on the company decision of practicability and risk issues;
5、 协助公司完善保密制度、保密协议及竞业限制协议；
Assisting company to perfect its confidentiality system, confidentiality agreement and non-competition agreement;
6、就公司日常运营法律事务提供咨询和审查；
Counseling and reviewing the legal affairs of company’s daily operation
7、根据公司的需要，以法律顾问的名义对外签发律师函；
If company needs, issuing the legal Attorney Opinion Letter on behalf of company
8、根据授权，参与相关事务的磋商和谈判；
With authorization, participating relevant consultation and negotiation.
9、协助公司处理突发紧急事件；
